NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UGANDA PERFORMING RIGHT SOCIETY LIMITED (“the Company”) to be held VIRTUALLY on Zoom and streamed live on Facebook and YouTube from the premises of Uganda National Cultural Centre on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Only registered members of the Society whose names will be published on the website (www.uprs.go.ug ) by 28th October 2021 will be allowed to attend the virtual AGM.
