This document represents an understanding between a Songwriter and the Recording Artist/Label for the
Songwriting services rendered. The songwriter is thereby Exclusively assigning his/her interests in the song
written, however, that songwriter still remains with the right to collect Performance Royalties from UPRS in
their interest as the originators.
